Demo Team is a free program for Black Belt Club Members. If you are not a part of the BBC, talk to your instructors to understand your options.
Join the Training Team
Learn the basics with the Training Team where you'll refine your mechanics to perform skillfully.

Our Performance Team is dedicated to practicing twice a month every month. Demonstrate your commitment by meeting these practice demands.
